Can guests choose between cups and cones?
Yes, cups, cones, or both may be available depending on your package. Your proposal will clearly show which serving styles are included.
Are toppings included?
Toppings depend on the experience you choose. A Classic Scoop Cart may have a simpler menu, while the Sundae Bar includes a broader toppings and sauce selection.
Can we create a custom flavor?
We may be able to customize flavor names, menu presentation, and signature sundae combinations. Creating a completely new manufactured ice cream flavor depends on supplier capabilities, quantity, budget, and lead time.
Do you offer dairy-free or vegan flavors?
Alternative options may be available. Tell us what your guests need, and we’ll confirm the current selections before your menu is finalized.
Can guests come back for seconds?
We certainly understand why they would! Your proposal will show the number of servings included. Tell us if you expect repeat visits, and we’ll help plan the right quantity.
Can we change the menu after booking?
Menu changes may be possible until the deadline listed in your agreement. Product availability, branding production, and event timing may affect late changes, so earlier is always easier.
Can you match our event colors?
Often, yes. Sprinkles, menu design, cups, napkins, cart panels, or flavor names may help connect the experience to your colors or theme.
