Do guests scoop their own ice cream?
No. Our Freddy’s Scoop Hosts serve the ice cream for your guests. This helps the line move more smoothly, keeps portions consistent, and allows us to manage the frozen products throughout the service window.
Do guests add their own toppings?
Guests may select toppings from a staffed or guided station, or our team may help finish each sundae. We’ll recommend the best approach for your guest count, venue, and schedule.
How many flavors can we choose?
The number of flavors depends on your package, guest count, service time, and bar setup. We’ll help you choose enough variety to make guests happy without making the ordering process feel overwhelming.
How many toppings are included?
Each sundae bar package includes a defined number of toppings and sauces. Your proposal will list every selection included.
Additional toppings may be available as an optional upgrade.
Can we choose cups instead of sundae bowls?
Yes. Cups, sundae bowls, or other approved serving styles may be available depending on your package.
Can you match our wedding or company colors?

Can Freddy’s serve a large group?
Yes. We’ll design the staffing, serving positions, menu, and service time around your guest count. For larger groups, we may recommend fewer toppings, pre-portioned base scoops, additional Scoop Hosts, or multiple serving stations.
Can the sundae bar be set up outdoors?
Outdoor service may be available with suitable access, a level surface, weather protection, and an approved backup location. Your Freddy’s planner will review the requirements before booking is finalized.
Are setup and cleanup included?
Standard setup and service-area cleanup are included in Freddy’s full-service packages. Unusual access, venue-wide cleaning, extended labor, or special waste-removal requirements may be quoted separately.
Can guests come back for seconds?
We completely understand why they would. Your proposal will state how many servings are included. Tell us if you expect repeat visits, and we’ll help plan an appropriate amount.
